Return Policy

48 Hours Cancellation Notice

The deadline to cancel order must occur within 48 hours of receiving your purchase. To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel in a clear, written statement via e-mail. We will refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs.

Replacement Policy

We'll always do our best to offer you a replacement for your damaged items or missing package.

If you receive a damaged item, please send us an email with photos of damage product on the day of arrival.  

If your package was never delivered, please send us an email with your best shipping address so that we may further assist you in receiving your missing package.

Replacements ship within 5 days from the time the replacement is submitted and you'll receive an email with your tracking number once it ships.

Sometimes, we run out of stock of replacements. If no replacements are available, will be subject to refunds based on availability.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. We accept the return of new, unused item within 14 days of delivery. Please Ship your return to this address:

Please send out with tracking confirmation. You can expect a refund to your credit card the same way as originally purchased after receiving the returned item. Please note that a $5.00 for the shipping will be deducted from the refund and also you will bear the return shipping costs.

Exchange Policy

We are not able to accommodate exchanges. You may return your items for a refund and place a new order. This return must take place within our normal 14-day return window. Refunds will be processed as soon as we receive your return.
